Greetings from Brooklyn

Trafalgar SquareHey Everyone,
It's been a while since I've checked in on the official Blog. It has been a busy and fun past couple of months on the road, but it is always great to come home! I started out in January with Riverdance, as the Shannon Company kicked off the show's Final North American Tour. From there, I flew straight out to Farmington, NM (on a 12-seat plane for the last part of the trip), for a tour with the Cathie Ryan Band. Our travels took us throughout the great state of New Mexico where we played lots of music and made many friends along the way.

Next up, we did a string of lovely concerts in West Virginia. Lewisburg was my favorite stop on that leg of the tour--highly recommend a trip if you're ever in that part of the country--so much history and beauty. Now I'm back in Brooklyn, playing a lot, especially weddings--it's that time of year! I am working with an exciting team of DJ's/entertainers called Extreme Rhythm DJ Entertainment doing private events/weddings throughout the tri-state area. I play wireless electric violin alongside the DJ mix. People on the dance floor go crazy for it! Lots more of that to look forward to this summer. And, how could I forget a highlight of this month--tearing it up in front of a crowd of 18,000 in London's Trafalgar Square for their St. Paddy's Day Fest with HAMMERSTEP! It was a totally unique experience--blending traditions and cultures old and new, incorporating Irish, Hip Hop, and electronic music and dance. Check it out on YouTube for more, and stay tuned for big things in the future! That's all for now, check back on the regular for updates!
